Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the criteria below:
Returns are free for all customers when you use our pre-paid return shipping label.
To initiate a return, please visit our returns center at surfline.returnscenter.com. Enter your order number and the email address you used for your order, and follow the steps. The system will generate a pre-paid return shipping label for eligible products. Please note that products from the same order must be returned together with a single return label.
Please note that Kassia+Surf products are exchange only. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange to initiate that process.
If you need to reach us or encounter an issue, please email email@example.com with your order number.
We will only accept returns for merchandise that is unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags and labels still attached. Surfline reserves the right to refuse a refund/return of any merchandise that has signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
Please ship all wetsuit returns in their original packaging or another adequately sized container. Stuffing a wetsuit into a small bag can damage it, and the return may not be accepted.
Custom wetsuits, including those from 7TILL8, are final sale because they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold from our shop. However, they are covered by 7TILL8 warranty, including the ability to adjust the fit. Please see the 7TILL8 website here for more information about their warranty and final sale policy.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for surfboard purchases. When your surfboard arrives, inspect it with the carrier present to ensure it was not damaged in transit. If you believe it was damaged in transit, keep all original packaging so the carrier can inspect the claim.
Items listed as final sale cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping charges incurred during your original order are not refundable.
We only accept returns for merchandise purchased through the Surfline shop, proof of purchase required.
Please note that at this time we are unable to offer exchanges, except for Kassia+Surf branded products. For all other brands, we recommend requesting a return for the item you’d like to return and placing a new order for the desired item.
